Havenway.uk.com records standard server logs including IP address, browser type and referral pages when visitors load any page. No login or account system exists, so no personal profiles are created or stored.

A single analytics cookie measures page views and session duration. It expires after 13 months and contains no personal identifiers. Visitors may block this cookie through browser settings without loss of core content.

Anyone may request a copy of the limited data held about their visits or ask for its deletion by writing to privacy@havenway.uk.com. Requests are handled within 30 days in line with UK data protection rules.
